RETURN POLICY
Full-priced items are eligible for return for refund to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of being received. SALE items are not eligible for return and are considered to be final sale. Please note that all international taxes and duties are non-refundable.
International orders approved to be returned have to be shipped back to our store with the courier of your choice. Shipping charges will need to be paid directly to the courier at the time of shipment.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
To return a defective or incorrect item received, please contact Customer Care with clear images of the wrong or defective item and explanation. Images should include views of the damage (if applicable), overall shoe, soles, and label located on the side of the shoe box.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/ONLINE STORE CREDIT?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed and refund/online store credit issued. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to seven (7) business days to be reflected within your account.
